    Hi there,

My site is using Search Filter Pro as well as SmoothState.js to load pages smoothly using ajax.

When I load the page with my Search Filter Pro form on directly, it works fine and the results load as they should (I’m using the ajax option).

But when I navigate to the page with my Search Filter Pro form on from ANOTHER page, the form doesn’t work.

It’s as if certain elements of Search Filter Pro are only initialised on the page that contains the form, and not on the first page, and so when you arrive at the Search Filter page, it’s not properly initialised.

This kind of thing is common with SmoothState so you have to reinitialise plugins once the page has loaded.

Is there a way I can manually reinitialise the Search Filter Pro form through SmoothState?

Ross would need to answer this, but my guess is yes.

This has now been resolved – I’m now calling $(‘.searchandfilter’).searchAndFilter(); within SmoothState’s onAfter function, which reinitialises Search Filter Pro when SmoothState has finished loading the page
