I’m having the same issues as Daniel (here). I can get the filters to show along with all the relevant posts, but when I try to filter them the page simply refreshes and nothing else happens. The URL does not have a query string and the list of posts are not filtered.
Is there a step in the setup process that we are missing?

In my experience, you will be having different issues with symptoms common to the other thread, and thus I would need far more information to be able to diagnose. Screenshots of the first 2 setup tabs is a good start.
Can I see the page with the search on?

Looking at the search page you gave, and the setup you have, if I click on one of the values it should trigger Ajax, but it does not.
Looking in the Chrome Inspector Console, I can see a javascript error in the theme’s functions.js file. That is not a good thing.
Can you set the form fields so that the count shows, AND to hide empty values?
Also, are these form fields autodetecting the options, or did you enter a list?
Are you using ACF or ACF Pro? How are you making the CPT’s and/or Custom Taxonomies?
