Hi,
I’m trying to use your plugin to add filters to our product category pages using the Divi theme builder and the Divi extension for search and filter pro. The product categories work fine but if I add any taxonomies it shows the results for all products on the site rather than those categories selected on the results settings and on the Divi shop module.
Is is possible to filter taxonomies only on a particular category using the Divi builder and extension or is this only possible when using the default Woo shop pages? Also it keeps getting the counts wrong for our product categories, one minute it says only 30 products in a category then 95? So not sure what is amiss.
Any advice would be appreciated.
Thanks,
Charlie
Trevor(Private) August 26, 2020 at 12:07 pm #257314Our integration with Divi requires a fixed page Results URL I believe, which means it will always divert back to the shop page. If you have Product Categories in the form, does the Auto Detect taxonomy option pre-select the correct one for the page?

Can you check these settings and see if you have them set, and if not, do so and see if that makes a difference?
In the General Setting tab, do you have
Auto Count
(both settings) toON
?And then in the Form UI:
In each field do you have
Hide Empty
set toON
