Hi, I’m trying to visualize a filter in the elementor popup but isn’t working correctly

if you want to see here clicking on “filtro” button on main menu:
    http://radiant.demo7.pensareweb.it/

the shortcode is working correctly with automatic redirect to results, in this page without popup:
    http://radiant.demo7.pensareweb.it/azienda/

is not the first i have some problem putting shortcode in an elementor popup

    any ideas?

    best regards

A couple of things. First, can you upgrade our plugin to V2.5.1, as you appear to be using v2.5.0.

However, I do see what you describe. I can see no JavaScript errors and I can see that our JavaScript file is loading to the page.

Please let me know when you have upgraded to v2.5.1 and I will then refer this to the plugin developer, Ross, for his attention.

Did you also try adding our widget to the popup, instead of a shortcode, or does it not allow you to do that? Alternatively, if it allows you to place a Text widget, try that, and use the Text window of that widget to place the shortcode?

What happens if you enable this setting?

nothing, the autosubmit function doesn’t work, I think that elementor popup functions block the right behaviour of your plugin in some way

I have referred this issue to the plugin owner, Ross, for his attention.

    Hi all

I’m looking into this and hope to have solution today or tomorrow.

My thinking is, the content in the modal is loaded dynamically, so our JavaScript is not applied to the search form…

I’ll update when I know more.

    Hi all

We’ve just released version 1.0.3 of the Elementor Extension.

You can grab it from you wp dashboard shortly, or head to to the documentation and download to perform a manual update.

This update includes a fix for search forms in popups 🙂

Let me know how you get on.

    Thanks
