Hi there
So I’ve been having a look through, and I *think* I can see why they won’t work together.
So a few points first:
– We’ve only ever officially tested Polylang + WPML to ensure compatibility
– These 2 plugins, require a fair amount of custom code added into our plugin to get them working together, otherwise they would never have worked
– The way these integrations work is, we have to create a search form for each language on the siteSo, after some digging around, it seems translatepress allows frontend translations? And I can’t see anywhere in the admin to add translations?
If this is expected behaviour, then it seems like a limitaion of our 2 plugins…
Essentially, we require that our search forms are translated, and translatepress can only translate our search forms, if our search form has a frontend “page” – but they don’t, they are admin only search forms…
I think, without building a specific compatibility plugin, these 2 cannot work together yet…
Sorry the news can’t better right now – we do hope to look at this in the future, but right now we’re busy working on a few other improvments.
Best

I’ll put this on the todo list to see if we can do something better in the future.
