    OK. I have spoken with your developer and the issue is with WooCommerce and Attributes. Attributes should be either Taxonomies OR Custom Fields, but WooCommerce allows them to be either, depending where you set them up in WooCommerce. And that is what is causing the problem. The better solution is to use standard WordPress Custom Taxonomies. This way you can be sure that the data is held in that form and is easily searchable.

    This may require some data/content management to achieve. Do NOT delete the attributes, but copy the data from them into new Custom Taxonomies.

    Hi

    That is now resolved. It was one of logic applied to the selection of search terms. DO get back to me when this site is finished, as I would love to see it when done.
