Filter is not working on the LearnDash Course Grid

Hi!

I’ve stumbled upon this post and realized we had the same problem. But unfortunately, I can’t seem to make it work as directed (Filter Next Query Shortcode):

[ld_course_list]

Only the LearnDash grid is being displayed on the page, and the filter is missing. Here’s how the search filter is created:

Are we doing something wrong? Any help will be appreciated.

First things first then, the missing filter form

You would maybe need three shortcodes:

[searchandfilter id="26067"]
[searchandfilter id="26067" action="filter_next_query"]
[ld_course_list]

The filter_next_query shortcode has no output. It links the form (the first shortcode in my list above) to the results (the third shortcode). It is possible that, as you may be missing the first shortcode, there is nothing for the second shortcode to do, hence it has no effect at the moment?

Please note that we will be operating limited opening hours over the holidays.

As an afterthought, also try the form with Ajax OFF.
