Hello
I purchased Pro but may have misunderstood the plugin’s functionality. I thought it could act as a filter for each specific archive page and not just a global search. I have multiple (50) post categories that are tied to a map for each state. When on an archive category page (i.e. /category/projects/ohio), I wanted the dropdown to filter posts by tag WITHIN that Ohio category only. So, for instance, selecting a tag (i.e. Commercial) from the dropdown would return only those projects with that tag within the current category page (i.e. Ohio commercial projects).
Instead, selecting either All Projects or a particular tag ignores the current category archive page and just filters on all posts across the site and all categories.
So my question is if there is anyway for the single search form to be aware of what category it is currently in and append that at all times to the filter parameters?
The shortcode to display the search form has been added to the archive.php file.
