Ah. It looks like you have two different forms on the page.
Doing this (having multiple different forms) will mean that they don’t work together. Just be aware that this is possible, so if you have problems with the results or forms not working, that might be why. Normally, we suggest only one form instance on the results page.
When we release V3 (in a few months yet), it will allow you to have the form on the page, and move the search text (Find a Team in your case) to a different location on the page.
For now you will need to place the Find a Team search inside the sidebar form, and remove form #234 from the page and from the template code.
