    Just purchased and updated my pro and now I am getting a fatal error

    If you use ftp or a file manager to browser your server, can you see that file has been installed in that folder? If so, check the permissions on the file/folder. If you can’t find the file, then the installation has failed somehow.

    If you used ftp that way, you must first delete the old version, then upload the new. Do not use write over method.
