    You will be using the As an Archive display type. When you perform a search, does it go to a different page to show the results? Maybe a page that looks very much the same layout as the standard theme text search does? If so, that page must be using a results template of some type. This plugin may be able to tell you what the template file name is:

    I don’t see the search form on that page? You cannot have three forms on the same page, which is what I think you are doing. And you cannot make three fields in a single form based on the same object (e.g. Category). I can advise how to get around this, but this post will help I think:
