Hi there,
I tried updating the plugin today from the WordPress dashboard, after renewing my license. However I get an error message saying: “An error occurred while updating Search & Filter Pro: The package could not be installed. PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) : Unable to find End of Central Dir Record signature”
Could you please help?

I am sorry to hear this. You will need to perform a manual update. Visit your account, download the latest version from there and then:
1) Disable Search & Filter (do not delete).
2) Via FTP, delete S&F files.
3) Via FTP, upload new S&F files
4) Enable S&F in plugins
