    I have been logged out for a while, but there may be transients still showing me a slogged in. If you need access to a form Search and Filter allows you force control back to you. Use that.

    We may need to do this together over Skype.

    OK, so this is now all sorted. It was becasue you have placed a <form>do_shortcode...</form> wrapper in your template preventing our plugin from creating its own form wrapper.
