    I have installed your search engine and it has canceled the store page.
    When I install the plugin, if I go to categories (menu) it tells me that there are none.

    Are you using Elementor Pro, and are you using their Products and Products Archives widgets? If so, you should be using our new extension we have for Elementor Pro, which you can download (if you are logged in) from top of the guide page (which shows how it should be used):
