Efter updating to Enfold Theme 4.5 I cannot upgrade the Search & Filter Pro plug

Hello,

I have never experienced any problems with updateing the Search & Filter Pro plugin at the site frakka.se but after having updated the developer version of the site (dev.frakka.se) from Enfold Theme 3.3.2 to 4.5 (latest version) I cannot update the Search & Filter Pro plugin on that url (I can still update at frakka.se). I get the following message (translated from Swedish) “The upgrade failed: Download failed. Unauthorized”. I currently have version 2.4.5 of the plugin.

Moreover the page where I use Search & Filter Pro (http://dev.frakka.se/projekt/) do not open anymore, but loads “forever”.

Do you know if there e.g. are any issues between Enfold Theme 4.5 and search & Filter Pro plugin? Or is there simply license problems on the development site?

The Not Loading issue is this:

Fatal error: Call to undefined function the_field() in /storage/content/78/125678/dev.frakka.se/public_html/wp-content/plugins/search-filter-pro/templates/results.php on line 82

I would take a look at that file and that line to find the error. If it is the standard results.php file, it is this:

if (function_exists('wp_pagenavi'))
{

Do you have the WP-PageNavi plugin installed?

Temporarily change the form from Shortcode to Custom will stop the error whilst you try to fix it.

I am not sure what the failure to update is. You could try a manual update (download the file from Your Account area, deactivate and delete the existing version, and upload and install the new version).

WIll the settings not be deleted if delete the installed version of Search & Filter Pro?

There is a setting in our plugin settings page that, if UNCHECKED, will stop data etc from being deleted (this is the default setting).
