    Both Ross and I spent some time this afternoon trying to find the issue and we confirm that as far as Search and Filter is concerned, the setup you have in the form is correct and SHOULD work.

    But it clearly does not. We can only think it is a plugin that is the issue. Are you able to disable ALL plugins (either site activated or network activated) except S&F and see if it works? I think Ross also made another search form and page just to check that, so you might see them there as well.

    I have changed ownership of this thread, as this looks like it will be difficult to resolve and Ross will be better at that than me.

    Hi Francesco

    I’ve just emailed you an update – it has some fixes in which I’m hoping might help, but it also has a new “system info” section, which will help us understand better if things are working correctly with S&F.

    Can you install it (via FTP – do not delete S&F through the plugins page) and let me know when this has been done?

    I just updated the plugin but nothing seems to change. Do you need me to send you the system status report? (maybe you can use trevor credential to access backend instead).

    Thanks for this, there are already some potentially useful insights from the system report.

    I have made one addition though, can you upload the next version I just emailed too?

    From my initial analysis it looks like there might be problem with the S&F cache.

    These just had changes to the system report – unlikely to fix the bug itself.

    Am I ok to delete all the search forms and create some new ones?
