Recently bought the search pro after looking at the description about the testing of your plugin with EDD. I have installed it with EDD/ EDD FES. Installed and did some preliminary setup.
Need help in getting it up and running.The Search results not working.
I can send yo the userlogin, am not an expert and would nto be bale to tinker with the site much.

I’m afraid I won’t be able to help much unless you can give some more details – we generally do not install the plugin for our users.
Can you explain which steps you have taken so far from the documentation?

Am using an EASY DIGITAL DOWNLOAD plugin with EAST DIGITAL DOWNLOAD – FRONT END SUBMISSION ( 2 separate plugins). In the EAST DIGITAL DOWNLOAD – FRONT END SUBMISSION I created extra fields for the products such as “country, city, zip, amount etc.”
Now when i install your plugin, i should be able to “search” the fields i have added in the EAST DIGITAL DOWNLOAD – FRONT END SUBMISSION.
Not only this, when i do a simple “category search” the results are not displayed.

We do not mention anywhere that Search & Filter Pro supports that extension – its another plugin/product – not part of Easy Digital Downloads.
That being said, the likely way it would be storing information would be through taxonomies and custom fields so this should be something S&F can work with.
Can you check the documentation on displaying results, and let me know which method you have chosen, and what you have tried?
