Duplicate Search form doesn't work

I created a search form that searches a custom post type and filters by several different custom taxonomies – it works perfectly. I want to duplicate this form and only include posts from one custom taxonomy. The problem is that when I duplicate the form, and update the shortcode in my template to the new one, it doesn’t work. Even if I don’t change any settings at all, so that it’s identical to the first one, it doesn’t work. I’m using Pro version 2.1.2. Any thoughts?

Ah, I figured it out! I forgot that the custom results entry display template I’m using is form specific. I just had to duplicate that and rename it to match the new shortcode.
