Hi, I didn’t realise I had to pay you every year to use the plugin, I think this is unreasonable. I have a new computer and don’t have a copy of the original plugin, please would you email me a copy, thanks.

Most plugins, to be viable, make an annual charge. Those that offer ‘lifetime’ either exclude support from that (for example, on envato you only get 6 month’s support) or they charge more.

The license duration terms are clearly shown on the pricing page and in the terms and conditions you agreed to when you purchased.

You don’t have the plugin installed on a server either?

I do not have access to old versions, and the person who does is not in until Monday. If you could reply using a private reply with an email address he can send it to?
