    I am going to need to get the developer involved. Yes, FTP would be good. Is this site live and active? If it is, then a staging version would be a better idea, and if so, logins and ftp logins for that?

    If you are able to make a video showing this and put it on a media sharing site (I think Cloudup allows video), that would be even better.
