Tagged: results order
Hello! First, this is a great plugin and it’s been super easy to use so far.
I have a search form set up and the results are displayed using the Divi blog module. Right now, the form’s sort order is set to return the results alphabetically, but am wondering how to set it up to display a specific Taxonomy first [or tag, whatever works], i.e., “Featured” and then use the secondary sort order to sort everything else alphabetically. Is that possible? Thank you for your help!
How many posts do you currently have? If it is not too many, then it would be simplest to add a custom field to be featured, where every post has to have a value (maybe 0 or 1, or whatever) and then use the Post Meta sort feature. BUT, every post must have a value (you could use ACF to create the field and make it have a default value and must have a value.
