Ok thats fantastic, but modifying the plugin files is generally not recommended as you won’t be able to upgrade the plugin without losing your changes.

Also to let you know, the code for displaying fields has changed quite a lot so you might need to modify another file if you decide to update.

I need a custom functions, so we dont make a update if all functions is working good and dont need change anything, or if needed it, we can make a some update to a new updated version again.

Hi Ross,

I had a php developer do the thumbnail job for me. Still there is a problem. To display thumbnails the plugin is accessing the posts featured image, however, we don´t have one because we are working with tabs (DIVI). See this example: http://www.couperosecreme.com/saluterra-anti-couperose-serum/.

Is there a solution to redirect the access?

So you got a developer to do some customisation of the results template to display the thumbnails?

Then I would advise to get the same dev to make this modification.

I’m afraid I can’t know how its already been coded by that developer.

Aside from that, not knowing Divi so well, I would consider the following:

Is the image added via a layout builder to the page/product? Then in this case there I don’t think there is an easy way to extract this.

Take for example your archives:
http://www.couperosecreme.com/category/marke/

If you can add this image to your archives then there may be a way – but I think you will also have to use the “Featured Image” in conjunction with your layout.

We´re going to find a way and appreciate the appearance.

But now, it seems, there is a new problem. We don´t manage to get more than 6 results whatever categories, taxonomies, post etc. we choose.

Moreover the plugin can´t find the taxonomy “Qualitäten” although it is filled with 3 permalinks and lots of posts.

it will be a tight squeeze as the application we use now runs out by the end of february. From March on we will need S&F as otherwise our customers won´t find any product.

The count numbers will now be updated to show the true values.

Still only 6 of 111 results are beeing displayed.

I enabled the Auto Count and refreshed.
“Dynamically update the count number shown and also calculate which options to hide in your tag, category, taxonomy & post meta (choice) fields.”

I also updated the Search Form on user interaction
“If disabled, the count numbers will only update when new results are loaded (ie, when the Search form is submitted)”
