    You need to use:

    [searchandfilter id="148"]

    to show the actual form.

    Dear Trevor,

    I’m getting the feeling we’re getting nowhere. Since I’m not a coder at all, I thought your plug-in would do what I wanted in a few mouse clicks and settings. I followed your instructions saying specificly:

    “Add the Post Grid shortcode as you would usually, and tell S&F to filter that query by adding a Search & Filter shortcode with action filter_next_query to your page:

    [searchandfilter id=”148″ action=”filter_next_query”]
    [post_grid id=”175″]

    But that doesn’t work. Your answer to put just [searchandfilter id=”148″] will indeed show the filter again (I get that) but that doesn’t work either.

    So my final question is this:

    What do I have to do to make S&F work together with Post Grid (or ANY grid solution for that matter). So posts can be filtered on categories, taxonomies and tags (which I added in de posts settings)?
    Similar to this lay-out.

    Tried this as well:https://support.searchandfilter.com/forums/topic/tell-me-why-it-does-not-work/. It filters but after result, the filterbar is gone.

    Hi Trevor,

    It turns out that Content Views pro has a filter option built in. I got this (and the taxonomy prt) working so I won’t be needing S&F pro after all.
