    I have the same problem. I just bought the plugin because I thought it would do what I need, but after install it I see that it doesn’t.

    For example: I have a post associated to the categories New York (state), New York (City), and Manhattan (borough). Also, I have another one associated to the categories Massachusetts (state), Boston (City), and Downtown (Neighborhoods).

    When I select New York (state) I don’t want to see Massachusetts’ cities in the city’s dropbox. I think this is the same situation of this topic.

    Can I do it with your plugin?

    Thanks

    @Sergio

    Did you check the hide empty values in the form elements’ settings and did you select auto count in the General tab settings?

    Hi Trevor,

    Yes I did but it doesn’t work. Just to be clear, I want to create cascading drop down lists that display choices depending on the value selected in a previous dropdown. I could do it using custom taxonomies, as you said here. But I wanna do it using categories. It this possible?

    Thank you

    It isn’t possible to do as you want using only categories, no. AFAIK.

    Can I close this thread and mark it resolved?
