    Dear support team,

    The goal is to avoid proceeding with refund so we should both be cooperative to solve the issue.

    You show a perfect example – demo on your sales page regarding movies.

    I have searched through out the forum for any thread related to enfold.

    I did the steps described i.e. here but no results yet.

    It doesn’t show anything. Instead the page is always in a “loading” state. I’m probably missing something or doing wrong.

    Please advise a comprehensive steps guide that works +99% so for all of us, and other folks that are not developers to follow. ..And not duplicate threads that are related each other.

    A clear guidance for most famous themes, in your support section will be helpful for as well so not to re-post same or similar content.
