Good morning from Spain,
I have an online video website and have different search form by categories.
I am able to use them in the categories result.
For example: I have a search form for “videogames” categories (https://cortosdemetraje.com/videojuegos/), but i can´t mantain that form in the results, because it loads the general posts search form.
I am using custom sidebar plugin.
How can i mantain the specific form in the results page?

In your case you are using the ‘As an Archive’ Display Results Method, but I think you need to use the ‘Post Type Archive’ method. You may also need to set autodetect category/taxonomy:

And also enable filtering on Taxonomy Archives:

You can only search one Post Type doing this.
