Custom labels for meta values

I have meta key ‘services’ and multiple meta values:
cafe, sauna, kidclub etc.

The problem is:
if i add filter by custom field ‘services’ in form there are:
[checkbox] cafe
[checkbox] sauna
[checkbox] kidclub

Is it possible to add custom labels for ‘cafe’, ‘sauna’, ‘kidclub’? Because my site is russian, and i need russian (cyrillic) labels.

Dont give me advice to put meta values in russian — i also use meta values as classes for divs, so they cannot be Cyrillic …
