    Hi,
    I there anyway to make a custom form UI by code ?
    Want to make a div with group of checkboxes, and another div with group of checkboxes..

    Our plugin does not currently have the option to add html around the form elements. This will be coming in V3 (possibly due by Spring 2019). You would have to use custom javascript to make any changes.
