That will be the way your Permalinks are setup. An SEO plugin may help you edit this, or there may be other help on Google on how to change it.

Oké, I will get that sorted out (the url structure).

As soon as I have that, I will have to create all the items in the taxonomy (400+) (or import), so that they have a page. But how do I then show the results of only that taxonomy?

So for example I have the taxonomy ‘color’ and one of them is ‘red’. How do I make sure that when they go to /color/red/ they will see only the results with ‘red’ as ‘color’?

If you have set it up as I directed, our plugin will see this in the URL, and set the value in the hidden field for that taxonomy, and so that will be applied to the filter.

Then I am probably missing something, as I have only setup a custom taxonomy right now, that’s it? And ofcourse it’s showing 0 posts.

You set the custom taxonomy up. Did you enter some data in some posts for that taxonomy?

Yes, I have edited three posts and checked the taxonomy I made and saved it. But I think I know what the problem is, those posts are set to concept. I switched one over to published and it shows it.

But it still doesn’t show the searchfield and searchresults from this plugin?

I am not sure I understand this:

But it still doesn’t show the searchfield and searchresults from this plugin?

Did you add the taxonomy to the search form?

I also added the taxonomy to the search form in the SearchForm UI. I’m working with shortcodes, is that the problem?

Also it’s not redirecting to it either when I select it in the searchform?

The display results method should be set to Post Type Archive so that the form will use the PHP taxonomy archives template for that Post Type.
