Unfortunately no, there is no way to combine them – S&F works where 1 field – 1 meta key.

Something that might be possible, is that you could create a new meta key which combines all these – which S&F would use for searching

This would be some code you would have to create that updates these values automatically whenever you save a post or something similar (then checks these meta keys, combines them and saves them in to a new “combined” meta key) – it will be tricky to setup but may be a solution for you.
