Combine Post Grid and Search & Filter Pro

Hey,
I started to work with wordpress and all the stuff around it a few weeks ago. Now I have no idea how to do it.

I bought Search & Filter Pro do Filter my Posts by categories. However, the view of the result looks very ukly and i would like to change it. I really like the template of the plugin “post grid” and would like to link both plugins somehow.

Is this possible? Using the filtering options of “search & filter” and define the result view on the page with “post grid”. If it is possible could you please give me a detailed instruction how to do it. I am not a bigger coder :-).

If it is not possible, do you have another solution which could help me:)

Thanks for the fast reply.
I tried it and i like the layout but somehow the filter did not work anymore.
I see the submit button and the dropdown but it does not update my results. Do I need the pro version of post grid or did I do a basic mistake in the general settings.
