    Hey Janno

I’m sorry to say but I’ve managed to set this up locally with those plugins and all seems to work ok.

Have you checked to make sure you are using the latest WPML, woocommerce and WordPress?

    Thanks

    Hey again Janno

The only thing I can think of is that you haven’t translated all your products in to the various language?

When doing my tests, I would get no results for the other language, only if they didn’t have content set for them.

I simply duplicated the content for my other languages and then it began to show:

    Thanks

    Hi Ross,

I’m sorry but your answer makes no sense to me. If I search on ‘Soja’ it finds all articles so translations are available in English. I double checked it though to be sure.

The problem occurs only if I didn’t enter anything in the searchstring and start to select a tag/category/taxonomy and then the results is nothing. If I enter ‘Soja’ the results start popping up.

Any other suggestion? Would you mind login into the testsite to see what I mean?

    Best regards, Janno

    Hi Ross,

I probably found the source of the problem, but I’m not 100% sure. I found a Taxonomy that had a space in it’s name. I renamed it renaming the space to underscore and it now seems to work correctly.

    Best regards, Janno

Ah fantastic thanks for the update! That certainly sounds like it could be the problem – I believe taxonomies should not have spaces in their internal names (of course the display name can) however some plugins allow you to do this when they should not.

    Thanks
