    Hello,

    I’m wondering if it’s possible to change the “results URL” depending on what page the shortcode is used on? Ideally I would like to set the “results URL” in the template.

    It is not, sorry. You would have to use different (but otherwise identical) forms, and conditionally load the correct one.
