    Hi,

    I use a search/filter form on a custom post type archive set up with ACF. I’ve set up the page to display 5 post at the time. However when I try to change the order of the posts under:
    Posts > Default order > Meta value > Ascending
    the page first only displays 1 post instead of 5 posts. When I click on the pagination to go to the next page, it displays the results as it should be. This is only the case with the Ascending value selected.

    Which meta key did you sort by? If it was an ACF field, what field group is that field defined in? Is there something I should search for to see the effect?

    The name of the ACF field group is Concert details
    and the field name is date

    The effect takes place immediately on the homepage or the category page. I need to take a really high number for the show XX results per page field.

    The website is already up and running, so they currently have only 1 show planned. I’ll ask the author if they can add a couple more so you can see the results.

    Hi Trevor,

    There are 3 new concerts uploaded. Currently the “results per page” is set at 20 items. You can see the effect if you change the value to 2. It should display 2 concerts and a “next” button, but as you’ll see it shows nothing.

    It appears as though your theme template is overriding our plugin settings. Unfortunately, I cannot see the template files to guess which one it is and look inside it. Is this a permissions thing? If you can work out which template file it is and look and see if it has a wp_query and arguments array (typically called $args).
