To my tired eyes the code LOOKS right, but on the page linked in the private post a couple of posts ago, there are many forms:

Anyway. I have copied directly from the page’s source HTML and the custom css has MANY errors, any of which could be causing this. How are you entering the Custom CSS? Is it a function in the theme or a plugin, or what? I can clean it all up and put it into a dropbox file if you wish?
So it is one long big blob of code that you could cut and remove and replace? Are you able to remove it completely and instead us a plugin? I am thinking of the free plugin Simple Custom CSS, which is a much better way of doing it.
There ARE a lot of errors in it!!
