    From your description, it sounds like you have more than one field using that same source (e.g. post category), which is not allowed. See this post for details:

    The no results message is usually in your theme, and not our plugin, again, I can only say for sure when I have seen the search page.

    I took care of the custom ‘no results’ portion. Still unsure about the taxonomies/categories dropdowns not allowing selecting a combination (ex: Gender + Race + Major = only results that have all three selected)

    Ah, I see the issue. You have used Category four times in the form, and Layout Category twice in the form. This is not allowed. This post explains:

    Thank you Trevor. Appreciate all the info. We made some changes and renamed categories, tags and taxonomies. It doesnt appear that the “AND” feature is working. Do you have any suggestions on how to solve this?

    I am not sure that you understood the post I referred to. Now you have tag four times in the form. You need to create at least 3 new custom taxonomies and move the tag terms in to those. I think I need to make a video to show you. I will set up a sandbox test site and get back to you later today.
