Hello, I was wondering if I could get some assistance.
Currently on my site I have a search & filter page with multiple category dropdowns (Gender, Race, etc). When I select one dropdown (ex: Female) and move onto the next one (ex: African American) the first dropdown will reset (ex: from Female back to Gender). Is there a way to have multiple categories selected and searched instead of just one?
Is there also a way to have a message if no results are yielded: “The page you requested could not be found. Try refining your search, or use the navigation above to locate the post” to “We’re sorry, your search didn’t return any results. Please change your search term or remove some criteria and try again”
Regards

From your description, it sounds like you have more than one field using that same source (e.g. post category), which is not allowed. See this post for details:
The no results message is usually in your theme, and not our plugin, again, I can only say for sure when I have seen the search page.

I took care of the custom ‘no results’ portion. Still unsure about the taxonomies/categories dropdowns not allowing selecting a combination (ex: Gender + Race + Major = only results that have all three selected)
Trevor(Private) September 24, 2020 at 8:52 am #260649I am not sure that you understood the post I referred to. Now you have tag four times in the form. You need to create at least 3 new custom taxonomies and move the tag terms in to those. I think I need to make a video to show you. I will set up a sandbox test site and get back to you later today.

That Hipster term seemed to have 12 posts, but in fact had none! Something wrong with my posts (too much playing on a development site).
I apologize for the sound and presentational quality. It was early in my morning, so I was barely awake!
