    Hello,
    I have pro version.

    Am trying to create simple search form where the visitor can select from a number of different category drop downs. To do this I need to include/exclude different categories from each drop down, but this doesn’t seem to work. I always get ‘All Categories’ displayed.

    I have made the appropriate selection in the advanced section of categories tab…but no luck.

    Can you send a screenshot of the settings screen for you include/exclude?

    Resolved. My general settings were incorrect. I was excluding rather than including the categories I wanted.

    Update:
    Still working, but it seems that if I select ‘Hierarchical’ then the drop down displays ALL of the categories and ignores the selection made in Advanced section. Without Hierarchical selected it works fine.

    Is this maybe a bug?

    Awesome plugin, I have the pro version, but can’t get the category selection exclude to work.
    Here is the site…filter plugin is on left side.

    I am using ‘advanced settings’ under category, excluding categories.
    40,42,43,26,50,24,54,55,56,57,23,25,59,60,1

    These categories still show up in the drop down…example cat=1 is ‘uncategorized’

    I want the categories excluded to not show in the list.
    What am I missing?

    Something has broken. Exclusion not working on my forms since wordpress / plugin updates.
    Please advise. Urgent! have a job to finish.
