You may need to deactivate the license on the site and here in your account and save that. Then wait at least 30 minutes, then get the license key again from your account and reauthorize the site.

    I think you mean
    (1) deactivate Search & Filter Pro plugin from WP plugins page, and then
    (2) go to [this URL](https://www.designsandcode.com/account/?action=manage_licenses&payment_id=48605&license_id=48607&license=48607&_wpnonce=535323145c) and click deactivate

I just tried to do that. I was able to (1) deactivate the WP plugin, but not (2) click deactivate. When I click that link, the page just reloads and everything is the same. It is not deactivated in any way that I can tell.

    What do you suggest?

In WordPress, in the Search & Filter main side menu options, is a License Setting. You need to deactivate it there. The url will look like this:

    http://mysite.com/wp-admin/edit.php?post_type=search-filter-widget&page=search-filter-licence-settings

and then wait for a while and refresh that page to see that it has reset.

I’m having this same issue. I’ve deactivated the license in WP, but I can’t deactivate in my account. Also, the website moved servers, so I need to update the URL.

If you are making changes in your account, did you wait 15-30 minutes between each change, to allow the server to update the details, before proceeding to the next step?
