I can’t update the plugin within wordpress but need to manualy download and upload the plugin.
The licence key is activated, but at the manage licenses the site is not added. I also can’t add the site manually within the manage licenses page. I tried, but the site won’t appear.
You can manage sites from your account (as you have done), but note that our server takes a few minutes to update the details (15 minutes maybe), so it will not seem to change immediately.
Can you check back in a while and see if it has now updated to show the changes you made?
