It seems they’ve changed a few things on their side without checking which is causing these authentication issues.
I’ll update when I know more – I’m onto a solution, just need to see what they come back with next.

Can you deactivate, and reactivate your license, and check again?
This is really getting to be a pain – hosts have said everything is sorted..!
