    Thank you for getting back to us. Here’s the version (installed and paid for):

    Version 2.5.0

    Here’s the massage we’re getting after attempting to update:

    Update failed: Download failed. Unauthorized

    In the licence page for the plugin, can you deactivate the licence, wait a while, then activate it again, wait a while, then try the update again?
