    Hello,
    We have the very same problem. The subscription has been paid for and is up to date, however, since March this year we haven’t been able to update this plug in. Message: Update failed: Download failed. Unauthorized

    Please help.

    Version 2.5.0

    Here’s the massage we’re getting after attempting to update:

    Update failed: Download failed. Unauthorized

    In the licence page for the plugin, can you deactivate the licence, wait a while, then activate it again, wait a while, then try the update again?
