Hi,
Just bought.
Getting a little exasperated!
I can’t seem to get this working.
I’m testing two different scenarios…neither work.
1. a simple search form using tags. (searching only posts, not pages)
WRONG results returned…no matter which tag I choose.
2. In testing field relationship between tag and taxonomy fields of AND
Also completely doesn’t work…returns wrong results.
I switched themes and still the same.
Please help,
Thanks,

You can customise the results.php instead of hacking – http://www.designsandcode.com/wordpress-plugins/search-filter-pro/docs/#docs-new-ajax 🙂
Also, I just added some new info the FAQs which I believe covers off some issues you were originally having, check the last question – http://www.designsandcode.com/wordpress-plugins/search-filter-pro/faqs/
Glad it is up and running for you now.
Thanks

Sorry for the tone of my messages….was just a little under stress.
I appreciate your plugin.
I also appreciate your instructions.
However, I think they could be a little clearer for non-tech people (I’m semi/amateur tech)
It took me literally 6 hours to figure out how to work.
1. Took me awhile to figure out I just couldn’t get it to work with my Template (as archive page)
2. So I had to use as a short code.
But here’s the thing, in your doc you don’t thoroughly cover how to use shortcode in what I would think would be one of the most common scenarios,
ie: search as widget in sidebar and display results in main body.
And you don’t cover “Template Options” in the doc (the word “options” is only mentioned once in your doc).
I realize (now) the instructions for that are in the Admin section…but when I clicked “using a shortcode” it looked to me like the section “Template options” became “greyed out”
so I ignored it until I finally realized “it’s not greyed out, I can but the URL there with Page of the shortcode for the results.”
Now it all seems so simple and straight forward……
I know you’re re-working your instructions.
If this had been in there (about template options and page URL etc) it would of saved me many hours of frustration.I think I’m gonna enjoy the plugin though…..now!
Best.
