    Does the bulk edit search not work at all, or not for the terms in the custom taxonomies? There are plugins to extend the bulk edit page to add extra columns and things to search.

    It doesn’t work at all. I’ve tried searching by post title and by using the Categories dropdown, and neither of them return any results when there are definitely applicable posts.

    Well, I took a good hard look and I can see no reason why it is happening, but it is. Probably a conflict with CPT UI and another plugin or the theme, the side effect of which is what you see.

    Well, I can’t go without the other plugins, and I can’t change the theme. Do you have any suggestions as to what else I could use to create new taxonomies other than CPT UI?

    One other possibility exists. That the slug name for one or other of the custom taxonomies is clashing with a post or category slug (ie is a duplicate)
