    Hi, I have a licence associated with a dev server version of a website and I need to switch it to the live version, but the admin panel will not allow me to deactivate the site – which no longer exists.

    Did you try to deactivate the site in your account here? Once done, our server takes a while to change the settings.

    Ah, yes, I thought I had waited long enough for the server, but looks as if I was patient enough, all OK now, thank you.
