Hi!
I just bought your plugin, and I was trying to use it after following the documentation, but I tried different things and can’t get it to work. What am I doing wrong here? I am using Avada as a theme and saw the specific documentation for Avada that you guys made, but I’m stuck at the moment. I hope someone can help me out.
The link were the plugin needs to be working: https://morethanbrides.org/mmwwk/homeThanks a lot!
Kind regards,
Joyce
Trevor(Private) January 31, 2021 at 9:34 pm #274671As you are using Avada, I am sorry, we do not have a method to integrate with Avada at this time, so this is a problem. For now one option is our Shortcode method, but the results appearance is basic.
Also, we have other third party plugin integrations, one of which is a (free) integration method, which might work for you. It would require that you build a page just for search results, and place the form on that page.
It is discussed in this post:

Thanks for your reply. I need to display the results on the same page, but I also have Elementor installed (since the plugin also works with elementor). I saw that you are using a separate extra plugin to make things easier, but I can’t quite get that working either. Do you have any idea what I’m doing wrong here? (see bottom of page)
Thanks a lot!
Trevor(Private) February 2, 2021 at 1:34 pm #275008The form, at the bottom, is set to use the shortcode method (which is wrong). Are you using our extension for Elementor Pro, which can be installed after clicking the big blue button (you need to be logged in to see it) at the top of the guide page (to download the installation file):
https://searchandfilter.com/documentation/3rd-party/elementor/
The guide covers many different use cases, so please read it carefully.
Anonymous(Private) February 2, 2021 at 2:09 pm #275023Thanks for your answer! I already followed the instructions on the link you gave me. I do get a result that shows all the posts and articles, but I don’t understand how I get to filter them. I would like to have a filter that says ‘categories’ and then filter the posts with a multi select box. How do I implement this?
Thanks a lot!
