Tagged: deactivate license
I was using this plugin on a website and had activated the license for it in the plugin settings, but am no longer using it. I went to ‘Manage Sites’ in my account and clicked ‘Deactivate Site’ next to the site URL but it just refreshes the page. This plugin is not installed/activated on my website anymore so I don’t understand why it won’t let me deactivate the license from it. I need to use this plugin on another site and cannot due to this. Please help.
Can you check in again in Your Account to make sure that the site is now deactivated? If it is not, please let me know. Note that it takes maybe 15 minutes for our server to update any changes in your account records.
