Hi,
I migrated a website I’m developing from the dev space, where everything worked fine, to the production environment. Now, when I try to make any changes to the form settings, and hit “Update”, nothing saves. It reverts back to defaults. It’s causing my search to not work and not display anything. Why is this happening suddenly? Activation codes are all good.
The migration has likely corrupted the form.
Have you tried to make a new form, and then set that up the same (do not use a clone or duplcate tool to do this)?
Migrations, especially when done manually, can go wrong like this (I am only guessing that this is what has happened, but it is most likely).
