I know support is limited this week, but I just purchased the pro version and it’s not working at all. Doesn’t matter if I use Ajax or not. It looks like it’s going to work (opacity of screen changes), but it’s showing the same (all) results each time. The site is temporarily located in a development environment. You can see it at http://dev.amberladley.com/category/case-studies/.
Thanks!

I’m hoping the new update will be live later on tonight so let me know if you are still having problems after the update 🙂
Thanks

Ross Moderator(Private) September 4, 2014 at 1:33 pm #4272Hey Amber, want to send me your login details and I’ll have a good look at the weekend?
Thanks
Ross Moderator(Private) September 8, 2014 at 1:22 pm #4390Hey Amber,
The new shortcode functionality (with a second shortcode) works pretty different – but it runs its own query which should eliminate a lot of problems.
Can you confirm that when you use the shortcode the correct results are being displayed? If so, then this is the way to go, however, you need to follow the instructions about the template files – and once copied over, you can modify your template files to chnage the display of the the results (normally be copying over the code from a regular template where you have the correct layout that you want)…
Really wish I could help better – would probably take me one minute of looking through your admin to point you in the right direction!
Thanks
