Hi,
I have performed a migration to a different domain and the plugin is no longer working.
After the migration I deactivated the license in the website, and then deactivated in ‘Manage Sites’ here. I then added the new domain to ‘Manage Sites’ section and attempted to reactivate on the website.
After clicking activate, it loads by remains as ‘Activate’.
Please could you advise on the best way to resolve?

Anonymous(Private) November 24, 2015 at 9:05 pm #30652It has now successfully activated after giving it a bit of time. Although none of the settings are saving since the migration.
It appears the settings have gone back to the default and when attempted to save new settings is reverts straight back to the default.
Any advice on this?

Glad you’ve activated again.
Unfortunately I’ve had reports of a bug when going live and issues with existing save forms – I think this is something to do with the migration procedure and a potential plugin conflict when doing this specifically.
I think the best workaround at the moment is to recreate your search form from scratch.
