    Hi,

    we have strange problem with Search and filter pro and Litespeed server/cache. Our search and filter page shows Learndash LMS courses as custom archive page here:
    https://www.trainer4you.fi/fi/tietopankki-kategoria/online-koulutukset/

    The page lose some courses after few days. On this page (https://www.trainer4you.fi/fi/tietopankki-kategoria/online-koulutukset/) should be 10 courses listed. Currently when I’m writing this, it shows all the courses as we have “rebuild cache” manually from the search form. So the problem is that our archive is not caching the courses correctly. It shows only some of the courses.

    We have excluded these pages even from the Litespeed cache as you can see from the page source:

    We have tried every setting from the Search And filter pro plugin, but none off them are working correctly. Even if we tap the “Use Background process” away, some courses are lost after some time.

    What could be the problem?

    From what you say, when it happens, it is easy for you to see, and also to identify the missing courses.

    Use a database tool to look in the WordPress database and find our cache table, and look in there to find that post. Is it there? Use the Query Monitor plugin to check to see if our plugin is requesting that Post ID (our plugin uses the filter parameters and our own cache to work out which Post IDs are needed, and requests them directly as a list).

    Then, let me know immediately what you found.

    Thanks for the reply. Here is the link for the main page of the archive:

    currently there is one course missing in the list. Here:
    https://www.trainer4you.fi/fi/tietopankki-kategoria/online-koulutukset/
    should be 10 courses. And right now there is only 9 courses.

    I looked into database. Course id 3326 is missing from the archive page. This course is listed like this in the database: https://i.imgur.com/fg85o5y.png (null?)
    other course (id 9155) that is cached correctly is shown in the database as follows:
